Ryan is joined by co-star Emily Blunt as they promote their new movie The Fall Guy, with Alison hoping to grill the duo about their flick.
But cheeky Ryan turfs Alison out of her seat and takes control of the interview.
Alison asks the Barbie hunk: “Do you remember me, Ryan?”
And without hesitation, a smiling Ryan responds: “Yes!”
Their last meeting in 2017 went viral worldwide, when Ryan was laughing so much he had to leave the set and abandon the interview alongside his Blade Runner 2049 co-star Harrison Ford.
The clip has received over 18 million views online.
Chatting about it since, Alison recalled: “[Ryan] asked the question, ‘Are you a big fan of the film?’, and I was like, ‘Well, no I’m not! Do I tell him the truth? Do I lie? What do I do?’
“But I thought, you know what, my mum always says, always tell the truth, so I said, ‘I’ve never seen it, babes’, and I think that got things going.
“He started laughing and I started laughing, and it settled the moment.
“After, I thought, ‘Was that any good? Have we got anything? I don’t think we’ve got any content about the film whatsoever.’
“I can remember my producer saying, ‘Don’t worry, we can do something with that, it’ll be fine’.”
The moment shot Alison to fame worldwide and she even received a message from James Corden about it.
Viewers will get to see what happens this time round on tomorrow’s This Morning from 10am on ITV1.
Meanwhile, Alison’s fellow This Morning hosts also have a particular interest in Ryan’s new flick.
Ben Shephard revealed: “A mutual friend of ours wrote that film.
“He was a TV producer here back in the early 2000s…and now he’s writing Hollywood movies.”
Cat Deeley added: “Yes, for CD:UK and stuff! Drew Pearce… he did Spiderman before but this is his big one. He’s very good, very clever!”
Dermot O’Leary added: “Drew was one of my best men at my wedding! I’m so happy for him.”
