The ‘One Bad Habit’ singer turned 57 on May 1.
Tim McGraw is another year older, but always young at heart. The country superstar was celebrated by his fellow country superstar wife, Faith Hill, on his birthday with a sweet tribute.
“Thank GOD and Betty you were born 57 years ago this very day,” Hill wrote on Instagram, adorably calling out McGraw’s mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Trimble.
Hill then shifted her remarks to share a message to McGraw’s fans about a video of the musician goofing off with a prop gun interspersed with scenes from his role in Paramount’s Yellowstone prequel, 1883.
“A rare glimpse into the life of a grown man living his inner young boy. I thought you would love this. I laughed so hard when I saw it,” she admitted. “Tim’s team put this together and allowed me to use it….the perks of being Mrs. McGraw!!!!!!”
Hill continued, “It’s been fun seeing you all out on the road. Me as a fan, same as you, watching this man and his master class when it comes to electrifying the stage and knowing that only comes from the audience. It is a sight to behold, truly.”

Hill and McGraw celebrated 27 years of marriage in October. In an August interview with ET, McGraw explained how his and Hill’s love has deepened each year. “I mean, I can’t imagine it any other way,” he said.
The couple share three daughters — Gracie, 26, Maggie, 24, and Audrey, 21 — who have all moved out of the house in recent years. When asked if they like living together as empty-nesters, McGraw quipped, “We are enjoying it, yes.”
Another perk of being Mrs. McGraw? The love songs. McGraw most recently sang about Hill on his 2023 single, “Her.”

“Oh, she loves it!” McGraw told ET at the time, beaming when asked about his wife’s reaction. “She makes me play it all the time… I’ve had enough of it, I don’t wanna hear it, [but] she loves it!”
And it was love at first listen for Hill. McGraw recalled, “She loved it so much. She goes, ‘This is about me right?’ I go, ‘Yeah, of course! Of course! You’re the her.”
McGraw also had a lot of praise for his wife and their kids when it came to their vocal talent, joking that he’s “the worst singer” in the family.
“All three of them are great singers,” he said of his daughters. “I’d love to do a song with all five of us at some point. I talk about it all the time and they’re like, ‘I ain’t gonna sing with you, Dad.’”
“Maybe I’ll talk them into it. Maybe they’ll sort of grow out of that phase a little bit where they don’t want to sing with me. They’ll sing with Mom, but I’m probably not up to par with the rest of them,” he said. “I’m the worst singer in the family. It’s true. I’m pretty good, but I’m the worst singer in the family.”
