Jason Momoa used to “critique” each other on social networks, but in order to have the perfect physique in ‘Aquaman 2’, Jason Momoa admitted that he asked Chris Hemsworth for advice to have the best physique for the upcoming blockbuster.

Aquaman star Jason Momoa said he contacted Marvel actor Chris Hemsworth to get the perfect body for the upcoming blockbuster Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom . “I actually called Chris to help me get ready for Aquaman , Momoa said.

The reason Momoa turned to Hemsworth for help is because the actor created the fitness app and website, which includes workouts, recipes, and meditation. “For me, he’s a role model. Hemsworth is big and muscular. That’s what I don’t have.”

Additionally, Hemsworth has experience playing Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the 2011 film Thor. Most recently, he transformed into the god of thunder in Thor: Love and Thunder , released in 2022.

Previously, these two actors were said to have had a disagreement on social networks. The story opens with Momoa posting a video to TikTok showing off his Aquaman 2 superhero suit ,  including the prosthetic muscle padding. Momoa wrote: “What’s wrong, Hemsworth? You work out and I don’t?”

In response, Hemsworth posted a video of himself wearing a white tank top and exercising his toned, muscular biceps with resistance bands. Hemsworth shot back: “You have a nice padded outfit, Jason. But I personally would prefer a leather outfit, man!”

Momoa frankly acknowledged the situation: “He won, he won. It was a joke. We are friends. I just feel excited because my muscles are definitely not as big as his. I have to wear vest to become so big.”

Talking about the training process for Aquaman 2, Momoa shared that he and his trainer are practicing yoga, which they call “extreme stretching” to improve the body’s flexibility. “Training to protect yourself from dangerous stunts is necessary. I enjoy the fighting aspect and practicing with stuntmen. However, this is more than just training, make sure You have to be flexible.”

In the new film, Aquaman will return with the powerful image of a king. In the revealed images, Jason Momoa’s Aquaman after 5 years is even more solid than before.
