Though there is no direct correlation between the Lemonade cut and Bey’s new singles, “Texas Hold ’Em” and “16 Carriages,” it appears they have sent fans flocking to her previous country effort.

According to Billboard, “Daddy Lessons” was streamed 160,000 times on Monday (February 12), the day after the surprise release of “Texas Hold ’Em” and “16 Carriages.”

That represents a staggering 370 percent increase from the previous Monday, when it earned 34,000 plays.

Reminiscent of classic Nashville mama/papa ballads but with a Texas spin, “Daddy Lessons” was performed by Beyoncé at the 2016 Country Music Association Awards and spawned a remix featuring the Chicks.

“Texas Hold ’Em” and “16 Carriages” arrived as part of a bigger announcement during Super Bowl Sunday.

Beyoncé announced the arrival of Renaissance Act II in a multi-layered ad reveal that started with a new commercial for Verizon. In it, Bey and the network’s now iconic “Can You Hear Me Now” tech try a number of different schemes to see if she can “break the internet” once again.

The commercial ended with Beyoncé blasting off to space as a fictional news anchor announced her plans to release the first song from space. In the last few seconds of the ad, she says: “Okay, they ready, drop the new music.”

Moments after the ad premiered, she delivered with a Texas-themed trailer for the new project, which is set to arrive on March 29.

30 minutes after sharing the trailer, she releasd the first two singles from the album, with their respective artwork continuing the silver theme she started with the first Renaissance album — but with a country twist.

Earlier this week, Beyoncé’s producer Killah B teased a collaboration with Taylor Swift on Renaissance Act II.

Killah B, who wrote and produced on “Texas Hold ‘Em,” spoke to TMZ about the much-anticipated project.

Asked by the presenters about a potential collaboration with a country artist that is clearly Swift, the producer replied: “You gonna have to wait and see,” before adding: “Let’s just say she is on the approach of shocking the world. I’ll let your imagination decide what that means.”
