Kanye West has found himself the subject of a battery investigation after he allegedly punched a man who tried to grab his wife, Bianca Censori, during a recent outing

Rapper Kanye West has been slapped with assault and battery charges after he attacked someone who laid their hands on his wife, Bianca Censori.

Former Breitbart journalist turned Yeezy chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos sent a statement to TheMirror.com confirming the incident as he wrote: “Bianca was physically assaulted last night.”

Going into great detail about the incident, Yiannopoulos added: “The assailant didn’t merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted.”

“‘A stranger grabbed Bianca’ is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened,” he concluded.

Neither party was injured, reported TMZ, or at least, the person Kanye is accused of punching did not seek medical treatment following the incident. Witnesses are reportedly also being pooled by the police, who want to get a complete picture of what exactly went down.

This is not the first time Kanye has found himself the subject of a battery investigation, either. In early 2023, he was sued by a photographer for alleged assault, battery and negligence after he reportedly confronted the man in the street while he was on his way home from his daughter’s basketball game.

As he left North West’s game, he reportedly noticed a paparazzi tail and stopped to confront them, getting in some photographers’ faces and even throwing one’s phone in the middle of the street. He wasn’t charged for that incident.

The year prior, in 2022, Kanye was reportedly sued for similar reasons after he reportedly struck a photographer in downtown LA and chillingly stated: “I’m going to make a f***ing example of you.”

His violence and other aspects of his mental state were part of the reason his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, filed for divorce from the megastar in 2021, as several posts on X, formerly known as Twitter, were described by her as erratic. He also allegedly made some nasty allegations about Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, and shared deeply personal details about his family and marriage that upset her.

She had tried to help him through his darkest periods, it was previously reported, but her efforts were unsuccessful, and the couple finalised their divorce in 2022. Weeks later, he married Bianca, and the couple has since been seen out in racy outfits during outings around the world as Bianca is constantly criticised for her skimpy, revealing clothing.
