Britain’s Got Talent judges are SHOCKED as stuntman’s D3@TH-defying audition with fire goes terrifyingly WRONG: ‘That is a lot of FIRE!’

Britain’s Got Talent judges were left in shock during Sunday night’s show as one act’s audition with fire went terribly wrong.

During the latest episode of the ITV show, stuntman and escape artist Danny ZZZZ took to the stage, explaining he was going to be handcuffed and shackled inside a wooden box, which would be raised above the stage.

His assistant then set it on fire, giving him one minute to escape, where he would reach out the top of the box and unlock the padlock which he could not see.

However, it appeared the trick didn’t quite go to plan as host Ant McPartlin said: ‘That lit quickly didn’t it? Did it mean to go like that?’ while Declan Donnelly added: ‘I thought you said he had a minute?’

The judges, Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Toniolo, were also left panicking as the box became engulfed in flames very quickly.

Amanda said: ‘That is a lot of fire!’ while Bruno asked: ‘Is he alright?’, a panicking Alesha added: ‘Is something going wrong guys?’

Danny then suddenly jumped from the box as the stage became engulfed in smoke. Danny admitted that his audition had in fact gone wrong.

The escape artist said: ‘I was supposed to get out the front, didn’t quite work that way!’

To which Simon replied: ‘So it sort of went wrong?’ as Danny explained: ‘It caught on fire!’

A confused Simon pointed out: ‘Well, that was the act?’

Before Danny said: ‘It wasn’t supposed to catch on fire yet!’

Music mogul Simon was left baffled by the explanation and added: ‘But you set it on fire! Absolute rubbish!’

Elsewhere during the show the judges couldn’t hold back their tears as they watched an eight-year-old boy with a brain tumour perform.

However, it appeared the trick didn't quite go to plan leaving hosts Ant and Dec and judges, Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Toniolo panicking

Ravi sang with his choir, Ravi’s Dream Team, and were put straight through to the semi-finals as they landed a golden buzzer from Alesha, after moving her and her fellow judges to tears.

Taking to the stage, Ravi introduced his sister, mother and father to the judges and explained his reasoning for being on the show as he stood alongside the group, ranging from age five to 78.

He said: ‘I’ve watched BGT all my life and always wanted to audition for it.

‘Two years ago I was diagnosed with a brain tumour and I’m here to show no matter what life throws you can still achieve your dreams.’

Ravi and the choir performed A Million Dreams from the hit movie The Greatest Showman which left everyone incredibly emotional.

Explaining why she pressed the buzzer, Alesha said: ‘The golden buzzer is such a personal thing and I always say I can only press it when it feels right and you’re such a remarkable young man.’

The judges then got to their feet as the members of the choir, which comprised Ravi’s friends, family, teachers from school, medical professionals and other children from the brain tumour community, hugged each other in celebration.
