THE SINGER WAS MOVED TO TEARS AS HE PRESENTED HIS LONGTIME LOVE WITH THE GLAMOUR WOMAN OF THE YEAR AWARD.

John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen are best known for their fun-loving couple vibes, but when they get serious about how much they mean to each other, expect waterworks to flow. On Monday night in New York City, at GLAMOUR magazine’s 2018 Glamour Women Of the Year awards ceremony, proud husband Legend had the honor of presenting Teigen with her award. Legend became overcome with emotion as he explained to the crowd how happy he was to see Teigen getting acknowledged for her hard work.

“We were at this big event and she was crying in a dressing room because she felt so overwhelmed by the illustrious company she was in,” Legend explained. “We were celebrating the Time 100 and she felt like she didn’t belong. How could she be worthy of the likes of Oprah, Christine Lagarde, Michelle Obama?” Finally, Legend felt the spotlight was rightfully on his wife. “I am amazed by the woman that you’ve become,” Legend added. “And I’m truly glad that the rest of the world has finally found out about it, too.” Of course Teigen gushed about her man too, telling the crowd that he’s quite the keeper. “I joke about it a lot, but I truly have the most incredible husband on the planet,” said Teigen. “You are our everything. You completely made me a woman. We’ve grown together. Our family’s grown together. Our careers have grown together.”

Aww! The couple were married On September 14, 2013 and are proud parents to son Miles, 5 months, and daughter Luna, 2.
