Finding a ‘soulmate’ in a highly competitive environment of tennis ain’t so easy. They have to fight for every point, get drenched in sweat and work their socks off to clinch a victory against their opponents. Be it a long-time friend or best friend forever, no one gets spared on the courts! But Aryna Sabalenka is lucky to have found two best friend on the tour.

The friendship between Aryna and Paula Badosa is not new to the tennis world. They have time and again spoken about how they share a very strong bond off the court. But with recent, the introduction of Ons Jabeur into their group, fans wondered whether they had any changes in their preferences recently. They even shared a couple of moments recently poking fun at their friendships. But when it comes to the special day, Paula Badosa didn’t forget to wish her ‘special woman’ on her 26th birthday.

She recently shared a story on her Instagram account depicting a few photos of her with Aryna Sabalenka. Badosa put up a caption stating, “Happy happy bday to this special women @arynasablenka. Love you!!!!!!!!” Their friendship is a strong depiction of how one can still manage to be a good friend with others while on the Tour. But how difficult it’s to maintain that friendship?

Aryna Sabalenka said, “It is very difficult. It doesn’t happen very often that you can find your soulmate on the circuit because we compete against each other. But we had this deal: on the court we are opponents, we can shout whatever we want. But off the court, we are friends again.“

She further went on to add, “We can take a day, depending on who wins, to accept the fact that one of us lost. But then we become friends again. It’s hard, and I’m super happy to have her. She is a very nice girl and having her by my side is very important to me.”

Paula Badosa and Aryna Sabalenka have been friends for the past three to four years now. But as it says, friendship blooms in threes! Ons Jabeur joined them recently and what was their reaction to this new friendship?

Recently Paul Badosa, Aryna Sabalenka and Ons Jabeur were caught having a fun interaction with each other. During the conversation, Jabeur once asked Badosa, “Very important question, because everybody wants to know, who is your best friend on tour?” To this, the Spaniard replied, “You.” Ons Jabeur was over the moon after hearing this answer and she jokingly asked the cameraperson to send her the footage of this interaction. Later on, she posted that video clippings and tagged Sabalenka stating, “Sorry @sabalenka_aryna, @paulabadosa.“

Sabalenka then jokingly expressed betrayal over being dumped by the Spaniard over the Tunisian. She wrote, “Ok bye @paulabadosa You lost me now!!!” Her reaction then forced Paula Badosa to quickly into the debate and put water on the fire burning in the Belarusian’s heart. She gave a hilarious reply stating, “Hahahahaha noooooooo!
