Adam Sandler is one of the most established actors in the industry. The American actor is best known for his comedy films and has also been nominated for various accolades throughout his career spanning over three decades.

Adam Sandler established his own production company, Happy Madison Productions, back in 1999, which has released almost all of the movies he has produced ever since. Other than releasing his own movies, Happy Madison Productions has also released multiple movies that were produced by his friends.

Once in an interview with the Independent, Sandler opened up about why most of his movies have the same actors and the star answered in the most ‘Adam Sandler way‘ possible. He said,

“Here’s how I think of my scripts, I sit in my room, and think up an idea. Then I call up all my friends and they say: ‘That’s awesome! You are the best.’

No, what really happens is that a group of us come up with an idea and work on it . We just riff around, make jokes, try and make each other laugh. Apart from with Grown Ups 2 of course. We just turned up without a script on the first day.”

Adam Sandler also has somewhat of a charismatic personality, to say the least. The stars he has worked with once never usually say no if and when there’s a chance for them to work on another project together.

Once in an interview with the Independent, Adam Sandler talked about how Grown Ups fitted into this narrative of his and he had a ton of fun making the movie. He said,

“The first Grown Ups was about family and friendship. That is what I like talking about a lot…That was one of the best summers of my life. It was one of the best summers of all our lives, just hanging out with our families.”
