NBA fans can’t get enough of a bunch of AI-generated photos which have gone viral this week as they show what certain players would look like if they were fat.
It’s not all that smart to play a sport like basketball if you’re overweight, although that could be considered subjective in itself. We have had some huge stars dominate the game in the past – Shaquille O’Neal, for example – but none of them have ever been fat, although James Harden was really bordering on it a few summers ago.
Still, someone wanted to know what some of the game’s biggest stars would look like as obese folk and didn’t have to use their imagination as artificial intelligence is readily available for such tasks nowadays.
In the photos below, you could see Steph Curry, LeBron James, Nikola Jokic, Harden, Anthony Davis, Zion Williamson, Jayson Tatum, and Draymond Green reimagined as corpulent NBA stars.

So the internet was a little heavy on Harden there, but it’s no more than could have been said for the guard when he was trying to force his way out of Houston. Heck, he seems to have put on a few pounds now that he’s looking to get out of Philadelphia.
Zion has also had his issues with weight, so he was always going to be popular in the comments too. But the Pelicans star has a lot more to worry about this summer after leaving an adult film star scorned.
