Paris Hilton is in love with her special baby girl.
On Monday, April 22, the mom of two, 43, used her iHeartRadio podcast to open up about her and her husband’s choice to finally share family photos online following the birth of their second child.
“Hi, everyone. Today is a very special episode of I Am Paris. After many months, Carter [Reum] and I finally introduced our baby girl London to the world. London was born on 11/11 last year, and we’ve enjoyed the special time together, just the four of us,” she said.

Next, the hotel heiress revealed how she came up with her little one’s name.
“I chose London as her name because it’s one of my favorite cities in the world. And ever since I was a little girl, I just always dreamed of having a little daughter named London. I think it also sounds so cute together, Paris and London, and it’s just such a beautiful and unique name,” the DJ shared.
Hilton also thanked fans for sending questions in ahead of the episode before saying that she would be answering some of the ones she’d received.
When asked about London’s middle name, Marilyn, the proud mother was happy to explain the inspiration.
“I wanted to honor my grandmother, Marilyn. I think it’s such a beautiful name. And Phoenix, his middle name is Barron, which is my grandfather’s name. And it was just an honor of both of them, and I love them so much,” Hilton said.

She added, “I love Marilyn Monroe as well.”
Continuing to gush about her baby girl’s birth date, Hilton explained how it had even more significance than the double numbers.
“Obviously, as you all know, 11/11 is such an important date to me, [an] important time. Carter and I were married on 11/11. My media company is named 11:11 Media. I make a wish every single day at 11:11. So for my daughter to be born on that date was just magical and so special,” the Simple Life alum shared.

“So perfect birthday for my little princess.”
Hilton added that even though London is only 5 months old, she’s been able to see “early glimpses” of her personality.
“I can already tell that she is very serious and so sweet. She reminds me so much of my sister Nicky [Hilton],” Paris said, noting that they even look alike.
“When I look at my baby pictures, Phoenix is my twin and then little London looks like Nikki.”
Phoenix was born via surrogate on Jan. 16, 2023. Less than a year later, they expanded their family once again in November 2023 with London.
Last week, Paris shared her first official photo of her family of four exclusively with PEOPLE.
“With Mother’s Day around the corner, I couldn’t resist introducing the world to my baby girl London and sharing these precious moments of our family together,” she said.
“Phoenix and London are everything to me, and I feel like the luckiest woman in the world to be married to the love of my life and have our beautiful family. We make the absolute best team, and my life finally feels complete.”
