In front of a perfect tweet about herself, Caitlin Clark couldn’t help but enjoy it, she continuously expressed her excitement about it

Last Monday, former Iowa Hawkeye Caitlin Clark was selected with the first overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever.

Less than 24 hours following her being drafted, Clark’s new Fever jersey was sold out on almost all online shops, including Fanatics.

Dick Weiss, a Hall of Fame sportswriter who covers college basketball, posted this about Clark’s jersey sales to his social media.

“Caitlin Clark sold more Fever jerseys in one day than the Cowboys sold last year for the entire team.”

The Dallas Cowboys are America’s most popular team in America’s most popular sport, so this is a massive accomplishment and shows how much of an impact Clark has.

Clark showed her appreciation for the post by liking it on social media.

Caitlin Clark has already brought a ton of success to the WNBA and she hasn’t even played a single game. The national spotlight she earned during her women’s college basketball career is absurd.

Caitlin Clark is impressive in most every aspect of her life.

In addition to electrifying millions with her elite play on the basketball court, Clark has also shined with her performance in the classroom during her four-year collegiate career at the University of Iowa.

This past week, Clark was named the 2023-24 Academic All-America Team Member of the Year — marking the second year in a row she’s received the honor.

Clark, a marketing major, boasts an impressive 3.64 GPA.

The No. 1 overall pick in the WNBA draft is now on to the next step of her basketball career, but she still intends to finish her degree at the University of Iowa.

“I would love to be on the Olympic team, and be in Paris,” Clark said during her introductory press conference with the Indiana Fever.

“But that’s not up to me. I actually still need to earn my degree, too; I need to graduate college first, or else my mom might kill me.”

Given her impressive academic performance so far, Clark should have no issue completing her degree while continuing her basketball career.
