LOVE Island winner Amber Gill has sparked romance rumours after posing with a stunning influencer.

Amber and London-based Nakita Johnson, who has one million followers on Instagram, hit it off at a Colour Wow hair event.

Nakita channelled a ‘pixie fairy’ look with a stylish short hairdo and a glamorous fairytale-style black dress.

While Amber wowed in a mini dress and wore her hair in braids as she gazed at Nakita with a smile on her face.

The model wrote on Instagram “hard launch” and put a love heart eyes emoji on the picture.

Amber said, “the best dinner guest to sit next to”.

Clearing up the nature of their relationship, Nikita has confirmed the pair are in fact just friends.

She told us: “It was an innocent playful caption made in jest, on some great pictures captured by my photographer.

“Amber and I, amongst many others content creators, were invited to spend a fabulous evening celebrating Colour Wow’s latest product release and we just so happened to be seated next to each other, had a great catch up and took a few pictures together before the dinner and festivities of the evening.

“Super proud of Amber and all her accomplishments as a fellow content creator, and always a great person to be seated next to at events.”

In December Amber split from her Arsenal star ex-girlfriend Jen Beattie after eleven months together.

It was Amber’s first public same-sex relationship since revealing she was bisexual.

The couple have since “grown apart” and have chosen to just be friends.

A source told MailOnline: “Amber and Jen have decided to end their relationship.

“They remain good friends and the split was amicable but they just grew apart after struggling to spend time together.

“There’s still a lot of love between them and Amber will always hold a special place in her heart for Jen but ending their romance was the best decision for their lives right now.”

 

Amber, 26, won Love Island in 2019 with Irish rugby star Greg O’Shea, 29, but they split soon after the show.

Amber and Jen met on TikTok and kept their relationship under wraps for months.

They kissed in front of crowds at Selhurst Park when Jen’s Arsenal side won the FA Women’s League Cup Final.

The pair made their red carpet debut together at the BBC Radio 1 Presents Big Weekend 2023.

Speaking previously about her romance with defender Jen, 31, Amber said: “Everybody was like ‘We watched you date a man’.

“People didn’t believe it. They don’t want to believe it. It was so annoying!

“I think because I come from Love Island it’s hard for people to think that I could go on a date with a woman. I don’t know why – it’s very closed minded.”

 

She went on: “I think the whole thing that I was doing it to stay relevant or that it’s not real, or that it couldn’t possibly be real, that’s a bit depressing.

“But I can say I’m in a relationship with a girl now, she’s so nice and I’m really happy – we met on Tik Tok – some people have said I’m a fake, but I can deal with that.”
