During last week’s episode of WWE RAW, Rhea Ripley reluctantly had to vacate her Women’s World Championship due to an injury. Fans were surprised as Mami had been dominating the women’s division for a while. Ripley clarified that her injury, which was caused due to Liv Morgan’s attack, was legitimate. Recent reports from PWInsider indicate that The Eradicator suffered an injury to her AC joint after being thrashed into a wall by Morgan following WrestleMania XL.
Despite being hit by a chair shot during their altercation, it was deemed accidental and not a factor in her injury. The timeline for Ripley’s recovery is estimated to be four months. Rhea Ripley failed a fitness test this past week and WWE has been told to be careful with her.
Rhea Ripley will be taking a temporary break from the ring for approximately four months due to a shoulder injury. According to reports, Mami’s recovery timeline suggests it will take four to six weeks to regain mobility and about three months to return to action.
On the other hand, Liv Morgan was sure she had a good chance to win the Women’s World Championship. The 380-day championship reign of Ripley began at WrestleMania 39 and it just showed how well Mami did as the inaugural Women’s World Champion. Rhea also successfully defended her title against Becky Lynch at WrestleMania XL.

Becky Lynch made a comeback on the latest episode of WWE RAW. The Man was on a vacation after WrestleMania XL.
Becky competed in a Battle Royal for the vacated Women’s World Championship and eventually eliminated Liv Morgan after hitting the latter with a Manhandle Slam on the apron to win the coveted title.
Following the match, Rhea Ripley, who had to vacate the title due to an injury on last week’s episode of RAW, took to X/Twitter to fire shots at the newly crowned Women’s World Champion.
“The forever runner up and the interim champ. #WWERAW,” Rhea Ripley shared.
